RETURN POLICY

Ali Mays offers refunds within 7 days of delivery, Customers are responsible for all return postage and charges for change of mind.  If item is damaged, Ali Mays will refund postage.  Please email alisoncramond@gmail.com for return details.

Beyond 7 days and up to 30 days we will offer an exchange or credit note.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

We take great care when packing our products. All items packed and shipped are checked at the time of dispatch.
